Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the websites, monthly plans and related services provided by SEOFORGER LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as SEOForger Web Agency (“SEOForger,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and your access to the SEOForger platform. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
The service
For our clients, SEOForger designs, builds and hosts a business website and provides a monthly plan (Starter, Growth or Authority) that includes hosting, updates, lead notifications and the SEOForger client app. Plans and what each includes are described on the pricing page. Our own platform provides tools for business discovery, outreach management, sales follow-up, client delivery, website publishing, reporting and appointment creation. Features may evolve as we improve the product. Where a separate written proposal or client agreement exists, it governs deliverables, pricing and support commitments to the extent it differs from these Terms.
Access and connected accounts
You are responsible for protecting your access credentials and for activity performed through your account or deployment. You must only connect Google accounts and other third-party services that you own or are authorized to administer. Notify us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
Responsible outreach
You are responsible for ensuring that calls, messages, lead handling, and use of contact information comply with applicable privacy, telemarketing, do-not-call, anti-spam, consumer-protection, and industry rules. You must honor opt-out requests and must not use Workbench for deception, harassment, unlawful discrimination, scraping that violates third-party terms, malware, or unauthorized access.
Google and third-party services
Workbench can connect to services such as Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Maps Platform, hosting providers, and domain platforms. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and privacy policies. Availability or changes to third-party APIs may affect related Workbench features. Connecting Google Calendar authorizes only the permissions displayed during Google’s consent flow.
Content and ownership
You retain rights in content and information you lawfully provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that material to provide the requested service. SEOForger retains rights in Workbench, its design system, software, documentation, templates, and brand assets, excluding your content and third-party materials.
Fees, refunds and cancellation
Billing. Monthly plans are billed in advance, once a month, by card through Stripe, starting on the day your website goes live or on the date agreed with you. Prices are listed in US dollars on the pricing page; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or through the link in your billing emails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for; your website stays online until then and no further charges are made.
Refunds. If you are not satisfied with your website, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that first payment in full. After that, payments already made are not refunded for partial months, and no refund is due for the remainder of a period after you cancel. Domain registrations and renewals purchased on your behalf are billed at cost and are non-refundable once the registry has processed them.
Disputes. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first at [email protected]. We respond within five business days and will correct any billing error we have made. We will not materially expand paid work without your authorization.
Availability and termination
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or investigate material violations. You may stop using the service and revoke connected Google access at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, revenue, or third-party platform availability. SEOForger will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Applicable law and any separate signed agreement will govern disputes.
