Scope and operator
SEOForger Workbench is an agency operations application operated by Anestis Finstad under SEOForger Web Agency (“SEOForger,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It supports lead research, outreach workflows, client delivery, and appointment scheduling. This policy applies to information handled through Workbench and the public pages on seoforger.com.
Information we handle
We process information entered by an authorized user, such as business names, contact names, business contact details, call notes, follow-up tasks, client onboarding details, and service status. Lead discovery may display public business information returned live by Google Places. Workbench stores the associated Google Place ID and our own workflow records rather than maintaining a copied Google directory.
Basic technical logs may include request time, error details, browser information, and IP-derived security signals when needed to operate and protect the service.
Google Calendar data
When you explicitly connect Google Calendar, whether from the agency dashboard or from the SEOForger client app, SEOForger requests the calendar.events permission. We use that permission only to create, update and remove the appointments initiated through SEOForger, invite the recipient you selected, and request a Google Meet conference link. We do not read or list your other events.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form so the requested feature can continue to work. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, or sale to data brokers. We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
SEOForger’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How information is used
We use information to operate requested workflows, create meetings, maintain records, provide support, secure the service, troubleshoot errors, comply with law, and improve features. We do not sell personal information.
Storage, security, and retention
We apply access controls, encrypted OAuth-token storage, and reasonable operational safeguards. No security method is infallible. Workflow records are retained while needed to provide the service or meet legitimate legal and operational obligations. Google authorization tokens are retained until the connection is revoked, deleted, or no longer required.
Your choices and deletion
You can revoke SEOForger’s Google access at any time from your Google Account connections. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you, subject to legal retention requirements. We will verify requests before acting on them.
Children and international use
Workbench is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, with safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by another appropriate method.
